A seasoned trial attorney and technology-forward executive, Vito DeLuca serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Swif7Edge, where he drives strategic operations, legal oversight, and compliance for a fast-growing, mission-focused tech firm. With over 30 years of experience representing private, corporate, and government entities, Vito blends deep legal acumen with hands-on technical skill in AI and cybersecurity.
At Swif7Edge, he leads initiatives in operational integration, federal compliance (including DFARS, FAR, CMMC), and internal controls, while ensuring the company remains aligned with DCAA and DoD requirements as a certified SDVOSB. He has spearheaded policy development for cybersecurity, information assurance, and ethical business practices.
A forward-thinking leader in applied AI, Vito designs and oversees the development of AI-driven solutions while establishing governance frameworks to ensure their responsible, secure, and ethical implementation. His work spans both generative and non-generative AI technologies, with a particular focus on risk-informed procurement strategies, policy development, and ethical deployment in government and enterprise environments.
