Commercial enterprise

You have a security function. What you need is capability it does not have in-house: adversary emulation against your live stack, an identity program that actually closes the credential path, and an honest view of the AI already running in your estate.

What you are actually dealing with

Enterprise security teams rarely need to be told what good looks like. What they need is a partner who will do the work their own team cannot do from the inside, and who will report the result without softening it for the client relationship.

That is most of what we do here: red team engagements measured against your live detection stack, identity and Zero Trust work scored against a published model, and AI assessments that test the deployed system rather than reviewing the policy describing it.

We are small, and that is the trade. You get senior operators on the engagement rather than a pyramid, and direct access to the people doing the work. You do not get the surge capacity of a large firm, and we will tell you when that is what your program actually requires.

Frameworks we work against

  • MITRE ATT&CK for detection coverage and technique mapping
  • NIST SP 800-115 for testing methodology
  • CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model for identity and access scoring
  • NIST AI Risk Management Framework for AI governance
  • OWASP testing guides for web, API and LLM applications
  • HIPAA Security Rule, CJIS and StateRAMP where they apply

Naming the standard is how you tell a real engagement from a scanner report with a cover page.

What enterprise teams bring us in for

Work your own team cannot do from the inside, reported without softening for the client relationship.

Penetration testing & red teaming

Objective-driven, stealth-aware engagements that measure what your detection stack caught and when.

Red teaming

Identity security & Zero Trust

Scored against the CISA maturity model, with a roadmap phased around the legacy systems that usually stall the program.

Identity & Zero Trust

AI security & risk assessments

Shadow-AI inventory, governance against the NIST AI RMF, and adversarial testing of deployed systems.

Managed detection & response

Where you need coverage outside business hours without building a second shift.

Incident response retainer

Agreed response times and pre-signed terms, so contracting is not happening during an incident.

What we will not do

We will not soften a finding because it is uncomfortable for the person who commissioned the work, and we will not inflate severity to justify the invoice. Both are common and both destroy the value of the exercise.

If your detection stack performs well, the report will say so. That is a useful result and you paid for the truth either way.

Scope it with an engineer

Not a discovery call. Thirty minutes on the environment, the threat model, and what a useful engagement would actually look like.
